• $10.01 - $25.00 = $4.95

• $25.01 -$50.00  = $6.95

• $50.01 -$100.00  = $8.95

• $100.01 and up = $10.95

• Priority shipping by U.S. Mail is available for an additional charge of $3.00.  (Average shipping time is 2-3 days but is not guaranteed.)  Please send an email to us if you would like your order shipped by this method.

• C.O.D. accepted for US Customer phone orders only. There is a $10.00 COD fee in addition to shipping charge shown above.  No personal checks accepted for COD orders.
